Joshua (“Josh”) Waite, is the Founder and CEO of Waite Financial Group and serves as a Private Wealth Advisor, where he leads the firm’s vision of helping clients live lives of intention and generosity. With more than 24 years of experience in financial services, Josh brings deep expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for making a lasting impact on both clients and his team.

In his role, Josh focuses on developing and mentoring the advisory team, cultivating a culture rooted in trust and purpose, and providing personalized financial guidance to clients. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families gain clarity and confidence in their financial plans, empowering them to make the most of their time and resources.  

Josh began his career in the industry through an internship with Northwestern Mutual while studying finance at Bradley University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Since then, he has remained committed to continuous growth and holds multiple advanced designations, including CFP®, CLU, ChFC, RICP®, and CAP®.  

He founded Waite Financial Group with the goal of building a team-oriented organization where trust, transparency, and genuine care for others are at the center of everything they do. Josh is especially passionate about creating an environment where both clients and team members are inspired to live intentionally and pursue what matters most.  

Josh believes that “Living Life Intentionally®” is a daily commitment to making the most of every moment and leading by example. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their two children, attending their activities, traveling, reading, and enjoying live music and sporting events.
